Using google+ profile for your blogger blog instead of your blogger profile gives you the ability to share your blogger posts on Google+. Once you are using your google+ profile with your blogger account a new 'share' option appears in the post list and a google+ share box pops up when you hit publish. You can select which google+ circles you wish to share your shiny new post with.
